Born in Durango Mexico, Ricardo has lived in California for the last 25 years. He has has been creating his metal animal kingdom, since the release of the movie Jurassic Park III.
Vail Lake Village is home to our restaurant, snack bar, registration area and clubhouse. We sell unique gifts and camping essentials. When you run out of provisions, we can get you back up to speed.
Vail Lake Village is the main hub of the RV Resort. It is located 2 miles west of Vail Lake. The RV Campground is open to the public with paid RV site or visitor pass. Most holiday weekends feature homemade Mexican grill and nightly entertainment on the Village stage. Vail Lake Village is available for private events during certain times of the year.
Complete with a 32'x 16' stage, stage trussing, basic lighting, power and parking for about 350 cars, Vail Lake Village can accomodate even the most elaborate shindig. The dancing/seating area can hold about 550 guests with room to expand the area to the east parking lot. There are plenty of restrooms with a cantina, lounge, and arcade areas available.
RV storage is located at the Vail Lake RV Resort. The storage area has 24 hour security and is secured by a chain link fence. For their own protection, customers are given a code to the gate and are asked to please check in with the office when removing or bringing back personal stored item.
The combination to the storage area will be changed once a month for security reasons. Current storage members will be able to obtain the combination at the office.
